Building the Kingdom Day of Community Service

About 600 of our students, staff and faculty dedicated a day to helping 25 Houston non-profits during our annual Building the Kingdom Day of Community Service. To honor our late founding president, Fr. TJ Martinez, SJ, our students venture out each year to rebuild, clean, and connect with those in need. Some students went to the Houston Food Bank, Star of Hope, and Target Hunger, and some worked outside, while others loaded onto the bus toting craft supplies to do crafts with elementary students. One of our student groups helped to re-establish a library at a Catholic school.
