We recognize that our lives have changed during the Covid-19 pandemic and we all may need a little support.  Please know that the Cristo Rey Jesuit counseling team is here to support you.  Below are several community resources available to you.  In addition, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

    • Distance Learning Tips from The Counseling Department
      • Create a daily schedule by using your planner, Google calendar, or the alarm on your phone to set reminders.
      • Wake up at the same time every weekday as close to your normal schedule as possible, and sleep in over the weekend.
      • Create a clean work space to complete your work; try to avoid using your bed as a workspace if you can.
      • Get dressed daily; this helps us to get into a “work” mindset.
      • Set aside some time for exercising or going outside if possible.
      • Sunlight is a great mood booster!
      • These are all very simple practices that can have a positive impact on your mental health!
