The Cristo Rey Jesuit (CRJ) Volunteer Service Corps (VSC) is looking for compassionate, committed, and competent recent college graduates who desire to assist in the formation of young men and women for others.
The VSC program is an 11-month commitment, beginning in late July and ending in late June of the following year, in which Volunteers will live simply in a faith-based community while serving the school in various capacities. Examples of service may include classroom assistance, Work-Study coordination, Campus Ministry assistance, front desk coverage, library coverage, student support, club moderation, and coaching, among other things. The Volunteer will also receive faith and educational formation in the Jesuit-Ignatian tradition.
It is a wonderful opportunity to share the gifts you have received from your education and to discern next steps. Not only will our students have the opportunity to learn from you, but you will have the privilege to learn from our students, faculty and staff, parents and guardians, and the entire Cristo Rey Jesuit community.
